Amil Clientes 4.77.01

The Amil Clientes application will bring you even closer to us. With it, you will access information and features that will help you make the most of the benefits of your plan (Amil, Amil Dental, Amil One, and Amil Fácil).

Within the app, you will find the Amil Telemedicine service with 24/7 Urgent Care. The service is provided through videoconferences by a team of healthcare professionals who will answer all your questions and guide you in the most appropriate way.

It allows you to search for doctors, clinics, hospitals, and diagnostic services within your plan's network, locating them on a map and even providing directions to the destination.

You can schedule your in-person or telemedicine appointments, as well as exams at the Preferred Network (not available nationwide yet). You will also be able to check your outstanding payment slips, request and track reimbursements, and access the 24-hour teleassistance phone numbers of Amil.

In addition, you will have access to virtual tokens and identification cards for your plan and dependents, which are very useful in situations where you need to use the plan.
